Returns/Exchanges

If you are not satisfied with your order, we will exchange the item(s) or refund you for the original purchase price, not including the shipping charge.

To start a return, please return it in new condition within 30 days of the original purchase date. Include a copy of the original packing slip or a note with your name, address, phone number, reason for return, and, if exchanging, the new product or size you wish to receive. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the item is defective or shipped as the result of our error.

Please note that personalized jerseys and mystery items cannot be changed, returned, or exchanged once the order has been placed.

Refunds:
Full refunds will be issued to the original payment method for the sales price and sales tax only, not including the shipping charge. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the item in question is defective, incorrect, or shipped as the result of our error. Please allow up to two weeks for the credit card you used for the purchase to be credited, based on your bank's processing time.
