When will my order ship? 
All in stock merchandise will ship within 3 business days of receipt of order. Personalized jerseys will take at least 12 weeks for shipment. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and holidays.

What shipping carrier do the Wolves use? 
All orders with ground shipping to the continental US are shipped via FedEx Ground. Two Day and Overnight orders to the continental US are shipped via FedEx 2Day or Overnight. Orders to Canada are shipped via FedEx International Economy. Delivery cannot be made to a PO Box.

Can orders be shipped internationally? 
Orders can be shipped to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. If you'd like to place an order to ship to any other country, please contact us by email at for further details. Credit cards with billing addresses outside of the U.S. and Canada are accepted, but all shipping addresses must be within the U.S. or Canada.

When can I expect my order? 
Most orders are delivered in 3-5 business days (not including weekends and holidays). For quicker service, please call 1-800-THE-WOLVES. Personalized jerseys will take at least 12 weeks for completion and final delivery, regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout; this process cannot be expedited.

Does FedEx require a signature? 
It is up to the delivery driver to determine whether or not they feel confident leaving a package when there is no one available to sign for it. To be sure that your package is left when no one is home, we suggest placing a note to the FedEx with your signature authorizing the carrier to leave your package with no signature required.

Is your site secure to provide my credit card information? 

Who has access to my information? 
Only the Chicago Wolves. We never sell or give your personal information to anyone.

What are my payment options? 
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards for internet orders. We also accept personal checks for mail orders. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery for orders paid by check. 

Can I use my debit card? 
You can use any Visa or MasterCard debit card. Please note that a pre-authorization does occur once you place your order. This pre-authorization verifies and holds your order value. Funds in the exact amount of your merchandise and shipping costs will be transferred once your order ships.

What is my order status? Was my order shipped? 
You will receive a tracking number for your order via email once it has been shipped. If you have a account, you can also check there to see your order status.

Can I change my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we cannot change orders once they are placed. If you wish to switch sizes, please e-mail with your request. Size changes will be allowed as long as the order has not yet shipped. Personalized jerseys cannot be changed or cancelled after the order is placed.

What if the merchandise I received is damaged, short or incorrect?
All discrepancies for shortages, damaged goods or incorrect merchandise must be reported within 72 hours of receipt of goods. Claims will not be accepted after this time. It is the customer's responsibility to count and inspect all merchandise before using or washing to ensure it is the correct merchandise. Returns cannot be made after a garment is washed. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy if items need to be sent back.

How are shipping charges assessed for my order?
FedEx Ground charges for continental US shipments incur a $6 charge.
FedEx 2Day charges for continental US shipments incur a $10 charge.
FedEx Overnight charges for continental US shipments incur a $18 charge.
FedEx International Economy charges for Canadian shipments incur a $15 charge.

How do I purchase a lettered jersey?
Personalized jerseys can be ordered through the Wolves online store or by calling 1-800-THE-WOLVES. This service costs $75 and takes approximately 12 weeks for completion and delivery, regardless of shipping method chosen at checkout. All personalized jerseys include a nameplate on the back, sleeve and back numbers and the Captain's "C" or Alternate Captain's "A" on the front (if requested). This service is only available for Wolves CCM authentic, replica and youth burgundy, white and alternate jerseys. Personalized jerseys cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged. The $75 personalization cost is in addition to the cost of the jersey itself.

Are promotional codes valid on all items?
Promotional codes are not valid on sale items, mystery items, ticket packages, charity/game-used items or kids club memberships. All discounts are taken before tax and shipping charges. Promotional codes cannot be applied to previously placed orders. Only one promotional code can be applied per order.
